| I am a student of Bil Jackson (see link below), studying music performance at the University of Northern Colorado. I have performed as principal clarinet with several orchestras including a CSU master's conducting lab. I also have numerous affiliations as second clarinet, and I am currently the second clarinet in UNC's Symphonic band.
I have performed in numerous chamber ensembles and my teachers have included Robert DiLutis and April Johanessen. My experience ranges from community quintet gigs to chamber and solo recitals at the Eastman School of Music.
I offer lessons for students of all walks from beginning through intermediate levels. I hold a flexible schedule, and lesson times can be easily arranged. I offer a discount if students come to my home studio in Wellington. My fees are very low and I can give lessons anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours. Email me for rates and times, or call.
I also offer instructional masterclasses for Junior High and High School clarinet studios at the SAME rates for my lessons. I can instruct students in everything from proper tone production to sectional work and playing tests. I teach a pedagogy similar to Bil Jackson helping students achieve their best possible start.

| Donna Carpenter-Bertolini holds two Bachelor degrees-one in Music Education and one in Performance from The Curtis Institute of Music, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During her years as a military spouse, she acquired a Masters in Education from Rutgers University. Ms. Carpenter-Bertolini is a multiple Carnegie solo performer(flautist-mezzo voice), music classroom and college instructor,(various locations), private studio teacher, orchestral soloist and international masterclass instructor.
The Colorado studio is locally owned and operated---centrally located in Fort Collins. Many past and present studio pupils are music scholarship recipients and some are music faculty members at universities all over the world. The studio contains students of ALL ages and abilities from beginning adults, beginning young students including Suzuki education based pupils as young as 3 years(20 years of studio Suzuki certification), and of course intermediate and advanced students. The basic curriculum is classically motivated using vocalises emphasizing tonal training, interval recognition, and facility for both male and female voicing. For an idea of our versatility the local studio has local rock musicians and budding thespians taking theory and vocal instruction. Some of our thespians are using their instruction for stage diction instead of just for musicianship. Our goal as an educational institution is to give the best individualized instruction as per the student's musical goals.

| I am a student of Bil Jackson at UNC studying clarinet performance. I have performed in numerous chamber and solo settings, as well as both principal and second clarinet parts in multiple orchestras.
I offer my services to any youth orchestra or small orchestra in need of a clarinetist on short notice. I have complete access to a multitude of major works, and there is little chance that you will have to provide music for me. Though I will work on short notice, I must have a minimum of one rehearsal with the orchestra in order to gain a feel for the orchestra and conductor.
I will work across the front range from Fort Collins all the way to Denver and Colorado Springs.
My fees are as follows:
$35 per rehearsal
$75 per performance (within Ft. Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont area)
$100 per performance outside of front range (Denver, Colorado Springs)
