Education & Experience
Hello! My name is Tyler O’Hare, and I am a professional musician and life-long student of music currently living in Fort Collins. I have studied guitar & music theory under renowned local players like Jesse Solomon, Charlie Stevens, and David Jensen, and I’ve spent a lifetime playing in bands and navigating the ropes of the music industry as well.
I have taught independently on and off over the years, and I am comfortable teaching all genres of music. I prefer to let the student dictate the material that they want to learn first, so that picking up the basics or practicing new techniques isn’t a total drag. My goal is to meet you at your level and then build from there, and hopefully show you that learning an instrument can be every bit as fun as it is challenging.
Schedule:
Daytime (10-4) is fine seven days a week, available Sunday-Tuesday evenings as well.
