Great place, very helpful people

I dropped of my Viola for a full service on a Thursday after not using it for over a decade. I was told to expect a call early the following week for an estimate after they looked at it. To my surprise I had my estimate by Friday afternoon. Once I approved the work I was told it would be about a week and a half as it was back to school time. I had it back in my hands the following Wednesday. On top of blowing away their own estimated time frames, my viola sounds better than it ever has. I will definitely be back for any future needs!
